ناقشت الهيئة الوطنية للعدالة الانتقالية مع عدد من أعضاء مجلس الشعب المنتخبين مشروع قانون العدالة الانتقالية، في إطار التنسيق مع السلطة التشريعية لتطوير الإطار القانوني الناظم للمسار، بما يحقق العدالة ويعزز سيادة القانون في سوريا
أكدت الهيئة الوطنية للعدالة الانتقالية، في منشور عبر معرفاتها الرسمية يوم الأحد 28 حزيران، أنها عقدت اجتماعًا مع عدد من أعضاء مجلس الشعب المنتخبين لبحث مشروع قانون العدالة الانتقالية، إضافة إلى مناقشة عدد من الملفات المتعلقة بكشف الحقيقة، والمساءلة، وجبر الضرر، وضمانات عدم تكرار الانتهاكات
وأوضحت الهيئة أن اللقاء يأتي ضمن جهودها لتعزيز التعاون مع السلطة التشريعية، والاستماع إلى الملاحظات والمقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير مشروع القانون، بما يتوافق مع تطلعات السوريين نحو تحقيق عدالة شاملة وترسيخ مبدأ سيادة القانون
وبيّنت أن مشروع القانون يهدف إلى حماية حقوق الضحايا، وإرساء منظومة عدالة أكثر كفاءة وقدرة على الاستجابة لاحتياجات المجتمع، مؤكدة أن إنجاح مسار العدالة الانتقالية يتطلب شراكة وطنية واسعة تضم الهيئة، والسلطة التشريعية، ومؤسسات الدولة، وذوي الضحايا، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني
وشددت الهيئة على أن هذه الشراكة تمثل أساسًا لبناء مسار وطني قائم على الحقيقة والإنصاف والمساءلة، بما يعزز السلم الأهلي ويحول دون تكرار الانتهاكات مستقبلًا
وفي سياق متصل، كانت وزارة العدل السورية قد أعلنت يوم الأحد الماضي 21 حزيران، تخصيص غرف قضائية خاصة بمسار العدالة الانتقالية في جميع العدليات بالمحافظات، بهدف تسريع إجراءات التقاضي ومحاسبة المتورطين في الجرائم والانتهاكات
وأوضحت الوزارة أن أصحاب الشكاوى سيتمكنون من تقديم دعاواهم مباشرة إلى النيابات العامة المختصة بالعدالة الانتقالية، حيث تُباشر التحقيقات وتُجمع الأدلة بإشراف قضاة التحقيق، قبل إحالة الملفات إلى قاضي الإحالة ثم إلى محاكم الجنايات المختصة، بما يسرّع إجراءات المحاسبة ويستجيب لمطالب السوريين في تحقيق العدالة
