تواصل وحدة تمكين النشر الأكاديمي الخارجي في كلية الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية نشاطها في دعم الباحثين ورفع جودة الإنتاج العلمي المنشور
وبيّن رئيس الوحدة الدكتور محمد عباس أن إحداث الوحدة جاء استجابةً للحاجة إلى جهة متخصصة ترافق الباحثين في مختلف مراحل النشر العلمي، من الفكرة الأولى وحتى نشر البحث في المجلات المحكمة، موضحًا أن خدمات الوحدة موجهة لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية وطلبة الدراسات العليا والمهتمين بالنشر الأكاديمي، عبر فريق عمل أكاديمي يضم خمسة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية
وأشار عباس إلى أن الوحدة تقدم حزمة متكاملة من الخدمات تشمل التدريب على أسس ومنهجيات النشر العلمي، والتحرير الأكاديمي والدعم اللغوي، إضافة إلى الاستشارات الفنية وخدمات التوثيق وفق المعايير الدولية، بما يسهم في رفع جودة الأبحاث وزيادة فرص قبولها في المجلات العالمية
ولفت إلى أن الوحدة نفذت منذ انطلاقها عددًا من الأنشطة التدريبية والعلمية، تمثلت في ورش عمل ومحاضرات تناولت آليات إعداد الأوراق البحثية، وتحويل مشاريع التخرج إلى أبحاث منشورة، والتعريف ببنية المقال العلمي، وسبل التواصل مع المجلات العلمية، وآليات التعامل مع ملاحظات وتقارير المحكّمين، كما عملت على إنشاء قاعدة بيانات بحثية خاصة لمتابعة الأبحاث المنشورة وتوثيقها
وأضاف رئيس الوحدة أن الوحدة نظمت سلسلة لقاءات تعريفية ركزت على مراحل إعداد رسائل الماجستير، وأطلقت ملتقى “الهمك للجودة والتمكين الأكاديمي” الذي شكّل منصة علمية لتبادل الخبرات، وتضمن ورشًا نوعية من أبرزها ورشة “كيف تحوّل مشروع تخرجك إلى ورقة بحثية؟”
وفيما يخص الحضور الرقمي، أوضح عباس أن الوحدة ساهمت في إنشاء أكثر من 150 حسابًا أكاديميًا على منصات البحث العالمية، إلى جانب إعداد دليل إرشادي مبسط يوضح خطوات التسجيل، بما يعزز ظهور الباحثين السوريين في قواعد البيانات الدولية، كما تقدم الوحدة استشارات فردية لمساعدة الباحثين على اختيار المجلات العلمية الأكثر ملاءمة لأبحاثهم
وكشف عباس عن خطة مستقبلية لإطلاق موقع إلكتروني متكامل خاص بالوحدة بالتعاون مع مكتب نظم المعلومات في الجامعة، يتيح تقديم الخدمات إلكترونيًا، ويضم مواد تدريبية رقمية ونظام طلبات وقاعدة بيانات بحثية شاملة
وتأتي هذه الجهود ضمن خطة استراتيجية أُقرت في نهاية العام الماضي، تهدف إلى رفع تصنيف جامعة حمص عالميًا، وبناء بيئة أكاديمية داعمة للبحث العلمي، تقوم على الجودة والابتكار والاستدامة
