نقلًا عن صحيفة Milliyet التركية قام موظفو الحزب بتسريع جهودهم لتحديد المرشحين لمنصب رئيس البلدية بما يتماشى مع تعليمات الرئيس أردوغان وقامت مديرية البحث والتطوير بأجرت ما يقرب من 350 دراسة استقصائية تحت عناوين مختلفة في 81 مقاطعة، خاصة في المدن الكبرى، في الصيف الماضي لتحديد توجه الناخبين حدد هذه الدراسات موضوع عودة اللاجئين السوريين كأهم المواضيع التي تهم الناخب.
وقال أيشغول قهوجي أوغلو ” قام حزب العدالة والتنمية بتسريع أنشطته الانتخابية المحلية بعد مؤتمره الاستثنائي الرابع، الذي تم فيه تغيير هيئة صنع القرار الرئيسية في الحزب، MKYK، بنسبة 65 بالمائة” .
حزب العدالة والتنمية، الذي سيبدأ استطلاعات الرأي “على أساس الاسم” للمرشحين لرئاسة البلديات اعتبارًا من الأسبوع الأول من شهر نوفمبر، سوف يسأل المواطنين “من الذي ترغب في رؤيته كمرشح في مدينتك. وسيتم في شهر يناير تحديد اتجاهات المواطنين.
وقال قهوجي : “إنه واحدة من أهم المحددات لموقف التصويت للناخبين في اسطنبول هي قضية اللاجئين السوريين و أن حزب العدالة والتنمية سيركز بشكل خاص على الموضوع المتعلق بعودة اللاجئين في حملته الانتخابية المحلية”.
