أكد رئيس دائرة البيئة في المدينة الصناعية بحسياء، المهندس حسين إبراهيم، أن المياه المصروفة حاليًا باتجاه وادي الربيعة تتوافق مع المواصفة القياسية السورية رقم 2580 لعام 2008، موضحًا أنها تُعد من مدخلات محطة المعالجة المركزية وليست ناتجة عن تصريف عشوائي أو مباشر دون رقابة
وأوضح إبراهيم، في تصريح لموقع “تلفزيون سوريا”، أن محطة المعالجة المركزية كانت قد توقفت خلال الفترة الماضية نتيجة تنفيذ مشروع لتحديثها وأتمتة عملياتها، بهدف رفع كفاءتها التشغيلية والوصول إلى إنتاج مياه يمكن استخدامها في الأغراض الزراعية أو تصريفها بيئيًا بشكل آمن
وبيّن أن إدارة المدينة الصناعية اتخذت خلال فترة التوقف مجموعة من الإجراءات الإسعافية، شملت إنشاء أحواض ترابية مؤقتة لحجز المياه ومنع وصولها إلى مجرى السيل، بالتزامن مع التحضير لإطلاق مشروع استثماري بنظام BOT لتطوير وتشغيل المحطة وفق معايير بيئية حديثة
وأشار إلى أن دفتر الشروط الفنية الخاص بالمشروع أُنجز بالفعل، ومن المقرر طرحه قريبًا أمام شركات محلية ودولية متخصصة، نافيًا في الوقت ذاته وجود أي اتفاق نهائي مع شركة محددة حتى الآن
وفي ما يتعلق بالمخاوف التي يطرحها الأهالي حول قيام بعض المنشآت الصناعية بتصريف مخلفاتها مباشرة ضمن المياه، اعتبر إبراهيم أن الحديث عن توقف محطات المعالجة داخل المعامل غير دقيق، مؤكدًا أن تلك المحطات تعمل بصورة طبيعية وتخضع لرقابة دورية مستمرة
لكنه أقرّ بحدوث عطل مفاجئ مؤخرًا في محطة معالجة تتبع لإحدى منشآت الأصبغة، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تسرب كميات من الأصبغة إلى المياه الخارجة منها، مشيرًا إلى أن فرق الرقابة البيئية تدخلت لمعالجة الخلل واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المنشأة المخالفة
وأضاف أن مشروع تطوير محطة المعالجة المركزية يستهدف الوصول إلى نوعية مياه مطابقة للمواصفة السورية رقم 2752 لعام 2008، بما يتيح استخدامها في الري الزراعي أو تصريفها في المجاري المائية دون التسبب بتلوث بيئي
وكان تقرير سابق نشره موقع “تلفزيون سوريا” قد نقل تحذيرات ومخاوف من سكان وخبراء بيئيين بشأن تأثير تصريف المياه الصناعية في وادي الربيعة على المياه الجوفية والأراضي الزراعية ونهر العاصي، وسط مطالبات بإجراء تحاليل مستقلة وضمان التشغيل الفعّال لمحطات المعالجة
