أدى الزلزال الذي ضرب مؤخراً عدة مناطق في تركيا وسوريا إلى حصول متلازمة الهرس الخطيرة لعدد من الأشخاص الذين قضوا تحت الأنقاض لساعات طويلة، ما سبب حصول مضاعفات تصل للقصور الكلوي.
نشرت مديرية صحة إدلب في المناطق المحررة اليوم على صفحتها الشخصية على الفيس بوك مقطع فيديو لطبيب الأمراض الباطنية وسيم زكريا حيث قال : متلازمة الهرس حصلت للأشخاص الذين مكثوا تحت الأنقاض لفترة تجاوزت الأربع ساعات.
وأكدّ وسيم زكريا أنّ تراكم الأجسام الثقيلة فوق الأطراف العلوية والسفلية وحتى الصدر أدى لضغط على هذه العضلات، ما تسبب بتحرير سموم معينة من العضلات سامة للكلية.
كما بيّن زكريا من السموم المتحررة البوتاسيوم وهي شاردة مهمة تكون ضمن الخلايا عند تمزق العضلات تتحرر وتنتقل عبر الدم وتصبح سامة.
وأدف زكريا من المضاعفات التي يمكن أن تحدث نتيجة تحرر بعض السموم هو حصول قصور كلوي والذي لا يمكن علاجه إلا بوضع المرضى على آلة للغسل الكلوي.
وأضاف زكريا يمكن معالجة المرضى بإعطائهم غسول وريدية وكل تأخر بذلك يمكن أن يتطور لمرحلة الفشل الكلوي.
وختم زكريا “أنصح كل المصابين الذين تعرضوا للهرس بالتوجه للمشافي لإجراء تحاليل لوظيفة الكلوية قبل التأخر”.
فيما وجهت مشفى الباب في ريف حلب أمس مناشدة لمدها بالمستلزمات الطبية بشكل عاجل، حيث ارتفع عدد ضحايا الزلزال في عموم سوريا إلى 4.487 قتيلا و7.396 مصابا.
وأعلن الدفاع المدني السوري انتهاء عمليات البحث والإنقاذ في شمال غربي سوريا، والانتقال إلى مرحلة البحث والانتشال بعد شبه انعدام وجود أحياء تحت الأنقاض عقب خمسة أيام بعد الزلزال الذي ضرب المنطقة.
