It is war that lasted too long on Syrians where it increases suffering and pains with no hopes of a solution to put an end to the crisis that has left thousands martyrs and wounded besides thousands of arrested and kidnapped next to orphans and widows.
Probably running away and seeking a safe refuge are the first things may come across the Syrians’ mind hoping to find natural life for their children away from bombardment, death and arrestment. Bu t the question arouses here is where is that refuge and which way thy should follow to reach safely to it specially to the citizens of liberated areas in the northern?
It becomes so difficult particularly speaking after all the countries whether the European countries or the Arabic ones have closed passages, Turkey was the only and the closest destination. I t hosts nearly 3 million Syrian refugee whether in camps by borders or inside the country; however, it has done like the nearby countries taking a harsh position against Syrians heading its land seeking refuge, it has declared the willing to continue building a wall of cement along the border strip with Syria before 2017 spring to become completely closed making it impossible to enter it.
As if it was destined for Syrians to go through miseries living in fear waiting for death. The consequent decisions of Turkey has caused crisis against Syrians where here the traders of people emerges or what are called “smugglers” to make use of the people need to cross the borders getting imaginary sums of money; about this Ghoson who is aged 40 years told us about her experience with a smuggler:” My husband insisted we leave Idlib after the brutal military campaign against the city, we went to a smuggler who asked for varied prices for crossing the lowest was 300 dollars without companies and the highest 1400 dollars a person and it is guaranteed more by paying some of the money to a Turkish officers ensuring our entrance”.
She proceeded:” we accepted his offer paying him the amount needed for 4 persons; all the way he confirmed to us there was nothing to worry about but once we came close to the borders till shooting started from everywhere when we come close from a high wall so that we left all our packages, we tried to climb it but we could not so that the border guards caught us to release us after beating my husband. The smuggler refused to give us the money with a pretext he paid for the officer, I advised everyone to think twice before considering crossing the border to Turkey”.
Everybody is trading with the Syrians’ blood at the time all pretend their care about the safety of the Syrians, but the reality is completely different; they are defending their sakes and advantages closing another door at Syrians who knock for peace. It is clear and obvious to Syrians that no one wants to end the war since they are making use of it on the poor people account who are helpless with only one choice and it is patience under the warplanes mercy waiting for death.
