Syrian Democratic Forces have allowed some cars carrying foodstuff to enter ISIS held positions.
Deir Ezzor Media Center reported on Tuesday that Syrian Democratic Forces amid the siege conducted on ISIS areas, permitted some vehicles loaded with foodstuff and humanitarian stuff to come in ISIS-held town of al-Shaafa east of Deir Ezzor.
Syrian Democratic Forces have forced a siege on ISIS locations, but allowed for foodstuff to enter in return for several deals with ISIS including releasing hostages.
