اشتكى أهالي قرى وبلدات جوبة برغال و الميسة و قلعة المهالبة في ريف اللاذقية من استخدام المتعهدين لمادة غريبة في تزفيت الطرق الرابطة بين عدة بلدات و قرى لتحقيق مكاسب كبيرة دون وجود أي رقابة أو مساءلة.
وصلت رسالة للمركز الصحفي السوري مرفقة بصور يقول مرسلها “بعد انتظار لسنوات ومطالب كثيرة من أهالي المنطقة و بعد وعود كثيرة من المعنيين نحن أهالي قرى #ديروتانالقرداحة و قرية قلعةالمهالبة و الميسة وقرية الأريزة و ناحية جوبة_برغال
الطريق العام الذي يُخدم أكثر من عشرة و يصلها بمدينة القرداحة و منها إلى اللاذقية فيه حُفر كثيرة على طول الطريق تسببت بها شاحنات نقل الحجر منذ عدة سنوات ، نطالب من الجهات المعنية بصيانة الطريق و توسعة ، و بدون نتيجة تذكر ، و لنتفاجأ منذ ثلاثة أيام بقدوم مُتعهد لا نعرف لأي جهة يتبع ، يضع الزفت أو شيء شبيه بالزفت فوق التراب ويرحل هو و آلياته.
هذه الصور صباح اليوم الثلاثاء و الزفت عمره ثلاثة أيام فقط تستطيع أن تحفره بيديك حتى دون استخدام آلة حادة اختلط شبيه الزفت بالتراب من أول بخة مطر لتعود الحفر كما كانت ، تقدمنا باسم الأهالي بشكوى للأستاذ عماد حسن عضو مجلس المحافظة و للأستاذ شمعون معلا رئيس بلدية ديروتان ، لا نعرف ما هي المادة المضافة للبحص حتى تكون لينة بهذا الشكل وكيف تمت عملية الترقيع دون رقابة و من الذي صرف التكاليف لتكون هذه النتيجة”.
