أعلن أحمد الحسن، معاون وزير التربية للشؤون التعليمية، اجتماعًا تشاوريًا موسعًا ضمّ الكادر القيادي والتقني لمديرية التربية في محافظة الرقة، وجاء هذا الاجتماع لدراسة الميدان التعليمي في المحافظة بشكل دقيق ووضع إطار عمل متكامل يستهدف إطلاق العملية التعليمية مع بداية الفصل الدراسي القادم، بعد تحرير كامل أراضي المحافظة من سيطرة التنظيمات غير الشرعية عليها
وقد تناول الاجتماع، الذي عُقد في مقر مديرية تربية الرقة، عددًا من المحاور الأساسية والحيوية، حيث تم إجراء تقييم شامل للواقع التعليمي الراهن، وتمحورت النقاشات حول وضع خطط عملية لمعالجة التحديات الميدانية، وشملت الأولويات المطروحة العمل على إعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية التربوية، وخاصة المدارس التي تعرضت لأضرار، وذلك لضمان توافر بيئة تعليمية آمنة وصالحة للاستخدام، بما في ذلك توفير متطلبات السلامة العامة والحراسة اللازمة للمنشآت التعليمية
كما أولى الاجتماع اهتمامًا كبيرًا بموضوع الكوادر البشرية، حيث تم بحث سبل تأمين الاحتياجات اللازمة من المعلمين المؤهلين والإداريين الكفؤين لسد العجز وضمان سير العملية التعليمية بانتظام وفعالية، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تمت مناقشة آلية توفير المستلزمات الدراسية الأساسية للطلاب، من كتب مدرسية ووسائل تعليمية معتمدة، لضمان حصول كل طالب على حقه في التعليم ضمن المنظومة الوطنية
