بددت وحدة مكافحة التضليل الرقمي في وزارة الإعلام السورية اليوم الأربعاء 8 نيسان، ما تم تداوله من شائعات عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي حول إغلاق السفارة الإماراتية في دمشق، مؤكدة أن هذه المزاعم عارية تمامًا عن الصحة وأن السفارة تواصل أداء مهامها وعملها بصورة طبيعية، من دون أي تغيير يطرأ على نشاطها الدبلوماسي
وأوضحت الوحدة، في بيان رسمي، أن عمليات الرصد والتتبّع والتحليل الرقمي التي أجرتها كشفت أن الشائعة تقف وراءها صفحات وحسابات مرتبطة بـ”فلول النظام البائد”، عمدت إلى فبركة محتوى مضلل وترويجه على نطاق واسع، مرفقًا بصور جرى توليدها باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، في محاولة لإكسابه مظهرًا زائفًا من المصداقية وإحداث حالة من الالتباس والبلبلة في الفضاء الرقمي
وبيّنت أن نتائج التحقيقات الرقمية أظهرت وجود آلية نشر منسّقة اعتمدت على إعادة تدوير المحتوى ذاته عبر عدد من الحسابات والصفحات، بهدف توسيع دائرة انتشاره، وإظهاره للرأي العام على أنه معلومة موثوقة أو خبر يستند إلى وقائع فعلية، رغم افتقاره لأي أساس رسمي
وشدّدت الوحدة على ضرورة التثبّت من الأخبار قبل إعادة نشرها أو التفاعل معها، داعية المستخدمين ووسائل الإعلام إلى استقاء المعلومات من مصادرها الرسمية المعتمدة، لا سيما في ظل تنامي أنماط التضليل الرقمي التي باتت توظّف أدوات وتقنيات حديثة، من بينها الصور والمواد المصمّمة أو المولّدة رقميًا، لإضفاء طابع واقعي على معلومات مضللة أو مختلقة
وأكد البيان أن السفارة الإماراتية في دمشق تواصل عملها كالمعتاد، وأنه لم يصدر عنها أو عن أي جهة رسمية سورية أو إماراتية، ما يفيد بوجود قرار بإغلاقها أو تعليق نشاطها
وفي سياق متصل، أشارت الوحدة إلى أنها كانت قد أصدرت، في وقت سابق، تقريرًا تناول نشاط حملات رقمية مضللة ارتبطت بحادثة محلية شهدتها مدينة السقيلبية في ريف محافظة حماة
ووفقًا لما أورده التقرير، فإن الحادثة تعود إلى مساء يوم الجمعة 27 آذار الماضي، وتمثلت في إشكال محدود وقع بين عدد من الشبان، بعضهم من أبناء المدينة وآخرون من القرى المجاورة، في واقعة وصفتها الوزارة بأنها تندرج ضمن الخلافات الاجتماعية المحلية العابرة التي سبق أن شهدتها المنطقة في فترات سابقة
وأوضح البيان، الذي نُشر عبر الصفحة الرسمية لوزارة الإعلام السورية على منصة فيس بوك، أن الحادثة كانت محصورة في إطارها المحلي ولم تتجاوز طبيعتها الاعتيادية، مشيرًا إلى أن مثل هذه الوقائع غالبًا ما تكون محدودة ويمكن تطويقها سريعًا من قبل الجهات المعنية
كما أكدت الوزارة أن الجهات المختصة تدخلت بصورة عاجلة وفاعلة لاحتواء الموقف، وإعادة الاستقرار والهدوء إلى المدينة، من دون تسجيل أي مستجدات ميدانية استثنائية أو تطورات خارجة عن السياق المحلي للحادثة
وختمت الوحدة بالتشديد على أن التضليل الرقمي لم يعد يقتصر على الأخبار المفبركة بصيغتها التقليدية، بل بات يعتمد على أدوات أكثر تطورًا وتأثيرًا، الأمر الذي يفرض مزيدًا من اليقظة والوعي في التعامل مع المحتوى المتداول وعدم الانجرار وراء الأخبار غير الموثقة أو الحملات المنظمة التي تستهدف الرأي العام
