قالت منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية في تقرير لها صدر أمس إن التقرير الثالث لفريق التحقيق وتحديد الهوية التابع لها خلص لأسباب معقولة “للاعتقاد بأن القوات الجوية السورية هي التي ارتكبت الهجوم بالأسلحة الكيماوية في 7 أبريل عام 2018 في دوما”.
وأضافت المنظمة أن هناك طائرة هليكوبتر واحدة على الأقل تابعة لوحدة النخبة في قوات النمر السورية التابعة للنظام أسقطت أسطوانتين صفراوين تحويان غاز الكلور السام على بنايتين سكنيتين في منطقة مأهولة بالسكان المدنيين في دوما وأسفر عن مقتل 43 فردا وإصابة آخرين.
وقال المدير العام للمنظمة إن استخدام الأسلحة الكيميائية في دوما وفي أي مكان غير مقبول وخرق للقانون الدولي. وقيم الفريق العامل الدولي الأدلة المادية التي تم جمعها وتقديمها من قبل خبراء منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية والدول الأطراف والكيانات الأخرى.
وتضمن التقييم 70 عينة بيئية وطبية حيوية، و 66 إفادة شهود، وغيرها من البيانات التي تم التحقق منها، مثل تحليل الطب الشرعي، وصور الأقمار الصناعية، ونمذجة تشتت الغاز، ومحاكاة المسار.
كما فحص محققو المنظمة والمحللون والعديد من الخبراء الأدلة. وانتقد نشطاء تأخر تقرير المنظمة في تحميل النظام مسؤولية الهجوم، بعد 8 سنوات على الجريمة، فيما لم تأت المنظمة على هجوم خان شيخون الكيماوي ، الذي نفذه النظام السوري على المدنيين.
