ناشد فلاحون الجهات المعنية لإنقاذ المحاصيل وضخ المياه منعاً من وقوع كارثة زراعية في محافظة اللاذقية، محذرين من يباس محاصيلهم الزراعية هذا الموسم لعدم توفر مياه الري حتى الآن.
وبحسب جريدة الوطن الرسمية اليوم فإن الفلاحين طالبوا بالسماح لهم بترخيص آبار خاصة رغم تكلفتها العالية التي قد تصل إلى 20 مليون ليرة، إلا أنها أرحم من خسارة المحاصيل كل عام بسبب الجفاف، متسائلين عن سبب منع ترخيص الآبار ضمن مناطق شبكات الري الحكومية.
شدد رئيس الاتحاد أديب محفوض على ضرورة السماح بحفر الآبار والترخيص لها في المناطق التي تقع ضمن شبكات الري الحكومية لعدم قدرتها على ري الأراضي بسبب عدم وجود مخازن كافية، والذريعة بعدم ترخيص الآبار أن الشبكات الحكومية لا تؤدي الغاية منها بدورات ري كافية.
وأكد محفوض بأن هناك عطشاً ودورات الري لن تكفي هذا الموسم، إذ حددت بين 2 – 3 دورات فقط، ولا تغطي حاجة المحاصيل للري، ما يؤكد الحاجة للسماح بحفر آبار لمن يحتاجها ضمن الأراضي الزراعية.
ويعاني المزارعون في مناطق سيطرة النظام من عدم توفر مادة “المازوت المدعوم” لري محاصيلهم رغم وعود حكومة النظام للمزارعين بتوفير كافة مستلزمات إنتاج القمح، وارتفاع أسعار المحروقات في السوق السوداء.
وتعاني محافظات سوريا عموما من أزمة قمح مزمنة منذ اندلاع الحرب، وتراجع المحصول من 3 ملايين طن عام 2011 إلى مليون ونصف المليون طن العام الماضي، كما تجددت أزمة القمح اللازم لتصنيع الخبز، واضطرت الحكومة إلى رفع السعر التأشير للخبز والمعجنات التي تنتجها الأفران الخاصة.
