قال أمين سر جمعية حماية المستهلك في دمشق والريف عبد الرزاق حبزة بأن الأسعار في الأسواق غير منطقية وقد ارتفعت أكثر من السابق، تزامناً مع انخفاض القدرة الشرائية للمواطن وازدياد نسب التضخم إلى أرقام قياسية.
وبحسب صحيفة البعث شبه الرسمية اليوم فإن الأسواق تشهد حركة ركود ما يؤدي إلى توقف حركة الشراء على نسبة ضئيلة، بالإضافة إلى تعقيدات القرارات التي صدرت من وزارة الاقتصاد جعلت التاجر يعزف عن التوريد وتقديم إجازات الاستيراد.
ودعا حبزة إلى تصويب بعض القرارات وتصحيحها بما ينعكس إيجاباً على الأسواق وعلى أرض الواقع، خاصة أن شريحة من المواد الغذائية محصورة ببعض المورّدين ما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع أسعارها.
وأكد عضو مجلس إدارة غرفة تجارة دمشق ياسر اكريم بأن المواد التي ترتفع أسعارها في الأسواق غالباً ما يوجد قلة في توريدها وتأمينها، جراء تكاليف النقل والشحن وارتفاعاتها المتواصلة.
وأفاد اكريم بأن الأسعار المرتفعة باتت لا تتناسب مع دخل المواطن، والدخل المنخفض هو الذي يجعل المواطن غير قادر على الشراء، مشيرا إلى الرسوم والضرائب التي تُدفع للمالية من قبل التجار والموردين.
