تم مؤخرًا توزيع أرباح للعاملين في الشركة العامة لصناعة وتسويق الإسمنت “عمران” عن العام 2023، تحت إشراف ومتابعة من الاتحاد العام لنقابات العمال والاتحاد المهني للبناء والسدود، في إطار حرصهما المستمر على ضمان الحقوق المالية للعاملين، وقد بلغ إجمالي المبالغ الموزعة 66 مليارًا و769 مليونًا و360 ألف ليرة سورية، تم صرفها بالعملة المحلية دعمًا للاقتصاد الوطني
وشمل التوزيع 1056 عاملًا في معمل إسمنت حماة (38 مليار ليرة)، و557 عاملًا في معمل إسمنت عدرا (28 مليارًا و769 مليونًا و360 ألف ليرة)، إلى جانب 190 عاملًا في الإدارة العامة للشركة (327 مليونًا و8000 ليرة)
من جانبه، أكد رئيس الاتحاد المهني للبناء والسدود، جمعة الأمين، على أهمية هذه الخطوة في استعادة الحقوق العمالية، مشيدًا بالتعاون الذي وجده من وزارتي الصناعة والمالية وشركة عمران في إنجاز هذه المبادرة
يذكر أن هذه الخطوة تتزامن مع توجه الشركة نحو تطوير كفاءاتها الفنية، حيث وقعت مؤخرًا اتفاقًا مع مجموعة الشمالية لصناعة الإسمنت السعودية لتبادل الخبرات ورفع الكفاءة، وذلك على هامش منتدى الاستثمار السوري السعودي الذي عُقد في دمشق في تموز الماضي
