وتستهدف هذه الحملة منع حدوث أي اختناقات مائية في القنوات الرئيسية والمرافق الحيوية، بما يضمن وصول الخدمات للمواطنين والمزارعين بأعلى جودة ممكنة.
تعزيل المجاري النهرية والقنوات الرئيسية
أفادت المديرية أن الفرق الفنية باشرت أعمال تعزيل واسعة شملت مجرى “نهر الكبير الشمالي” والفرع الثالث والعشرين من القناة الرئيسية. وتأتي هذه الخطوة لضمان انسيابية حركة المياه ومنع تراكم الرواسب التي قد تؤدي إلى فيضانات أو انسدادات تعيق التدفق الطبيعي، خاصة في أوقات الذروة. وفي سياق متصل، أنهت المديرية بنجاح أعمال تعزيل “ساقية السمهانية” لتكون جاهزة للخدمة بكامل طاقتها الاستيعابية.

ولم تقتصر الأعمال على المجاري المائية فحسب، بل شملت الجوانب اللوجستية المحيطة بها؛ حيث قامت المديرية بمعالجة الانهيارات الأرضية الواقعة على الطرق المائية. وتعد هذه الخطوة أساسية لضمان سلامة الوصول إلى المنشآت المائية وانسيابية الحركة الآلية لفرق الصيانة، مما يعزز استقرار البنية التحتية للمنظومة المائية في المنطقة.
