باشرت اللجنة العليا لانتخابات مجلس الشعب خطواتها التنفيذية تمهيدًا لإجراء الانتخابات في محافظة الحسكة، بحسب ما أعلنته اليوم السبت 18 نيسان، في سياق متابعة تطبيق التفاهمات الأخيرة في المنطقة
وجاء ذلك عقب اجتماع تنسيقي ضم محافظ الحسكة نور الدين أحمد، والمتحدث باسم اللجنة نوار نجمة، والمبعوث الرئاسي العميد زياد العايش، حيث جرى بحث آليات تنفيذ بنود اتفاق 29 كانون الثاني المبرم مع “قوات سوريا الديمقراطية”، وفقًا لما نقلته وكالة “سانا”
وبيّن نجمة أن أجواء الاجتماع كانت إيجابية، مشيرًا إلى التوافق على إطلاق إجراءات عملية خلال الأيام المقبلة لتشكيل اللجان الفرعية، التي ستتولى لاحقاً تشكيل الهيئات الناخبة، بما يضمن استكمال الترتيبات التنظيمية للعملية الانتخابية في المحافظة
وأكدت اللجنة أن هذا الاستحقاق يُعوَّل عليه في تعزيز مسار الاندماج السياسي والاجتماعي في الحسكة، بالتوازي مع استمرار تنفيذ التفاهمات مع “قسد”
في موازاة ذلك، كان المتحدث باسم الفريق الرئاسي المكلف بمتابعة الاتفاق مع “قسد”، أحمد الهلالي، قد أوضح في تصريحات سابقة لتلفزيون سوريا أن اللقاء الذي جمع الرئيس أحمد الشرع وقائد “قسد” مظلوم عبدي لم يشهد طرح نتائج جديدة، وإنما خُصص لاستعراض ما تحقق حتى الآن
وأضاف الهلالي أن المرحلة المقبلة ستحمل خطوات مهمة، واصفًا الأسبوع القادم بالمفصلي في مسار تنفيذ عملية الدمج، وسط توقعات بحدوث تقدم ملموس
كما لفت إلى أن المباحثات تناولت ملفات حساسة، من بينها مصير الأجهزة التابعة للإدارة الذاتية، إلى جانب مناقشة آليات التعامل مع “قسد”، ضمن توجه أوسع لإعادة ترتيب الواقعين الأمني والإداري في المنطقة، مرجحًا أن تشهد الأيام المقبلة تطورات بارزة
