وبحسب المعطيات، شملت العملية الإفراج عن عدد من الموقوفين من كلا الطرفين، في إطار خطوات متبادلة تهدف إلى معالجة ملف المعتقلين وتعزيز أجواء التهدئة
وكان المتحدث باسم الفريق الرئاسي لتنفيذ الاتفاق قد كشف في الرابع من نيسان الجاري عن مستجدات تتعلق بسير الاتفاق، موضحًا تفاصيل الترتيبات التفاوضية، إلى جانب الإجراءات الأمنية والقضائية المرتبطة بالمحافظة
وفي السياق ذاته، أشار إلى أن الدولة السورية تستعد لتسلّم إدارة السجون الواقعة حاليًا تحت سيطرة “قسد”، مع خطة لإغلاق ثمانية سجون في محافظة الحسكة، مقابل الإبقاء على سجن مركزي واحد بإدارة مباشرة من الجهات الحكومية وتحويل بقية المواقع إلى مراكز توقيف مؤقتة
كما لفت إلى قرب استئناف عمل وزارة العدل في المحافظة، عبر افتتاح القصر العدلي والبدء بدراسة ومعالجة الملفات القضائية العالقة
