عقد وزير الأشغال العامة والإسكان مصطفى عبد الرزاق اجتماعًا موسعًا مع محافظ درعا “أنور طه الزعبي”، في مبنى المحافظة، خُصّص لبحث خطط إعادة الإعمار وآليات تحسين الواقع العمراني والخدمي في المحافظة
وشارك في الاجتماع رئيس هيئة التخطيط والإحصاء أنس سليم، حيث جرى استعراض ملفات التوسعات العمرانية والمخططات التنظيمية، إلى جانب مناقشة المشاريع المتوقفة منذ ما قبل التحرير، وسبل إعادة تأهيل المساكن المتضررة والأحياء المدمّرة، وتنظيم عمليات ترحيل الأنقاض وفق برنامج زمني واضح
وأكد الوزير عبد الرزاق أن زيارته إلى درعا تأتي في إطار جولات ميدانية شملت عددًا من المحافظات، وتهدف إلى تعزيز التنسيق بين الإدارة المركزية والسلطات المحلية، وتسريع الإجراءات المتعلقة بالتخطيط والتنظيم العمراني، إضافة إلى تحريك المشاريع الاستثمارية ذات الجدوى في المحافظة
وأشار إلى الاتفاق على تفعيل الشركات التابعة لوزارة الأشغال العامة والإسكان، والتي جرى دمجها ضمن المؤسسة السورية للبناء والتشييد، عبر إحداث فرع جديد للمؤسسة في محافظة درعا، بما يسهم في دعم مشاريع الإعمار والتنمية
وأضاف الوزير أنه جرى التوافق على إعداد برامج عمل عامة لمعالجة التحديات المطروحة، وتشكيل لجنة إنجاز مختصة لتسريع المعاملات وتجاوز العقبات القانونية والإدارية التي تعيق تنفيذ المشاريع
من جانبه، أوضح محافظ درعا أن المحافظة عانت من تهميش مزمن قبل الثورة، وتفاقمت الأوضاع نتيجة الدمار الواسع الذي خلفه قصف النظام البائد، ما أدى إلى وجود أحياء كاملة في مركز المدينة محرومة من الخدمات الأساسية، فضلاً عن مشكلات متراكمة تتعلق بالمخططات التنظيمية وضوابط البناء، وأزمة سكن حادة زادت حدتها مع عودة المهجرين والنازحين
وبيّن الزعبي أنه تم الاتفاق على تشكيل لجنة إنجاز مشتركة تضم المحافظة ووزارة الأشغال العامة والإسكان وهيئة التخطيط والإحصاء، بهدف تسريع الإجراءات وتحقيق نتائج عملية تسهم في دفع عجلة التنمية وتحسين الواقع الخدمي والعمراني في درعا
بدوره، أكد رئيس هيئة التخطيط والإحصاء أن الهيئة أنجزت خلال الفترة الماضية عددًا من خطط التنمية المحلية، بالتوازي مع التعاون مع وزارة الإسكان لإعداد الاستراتيجية الوطنية للإسكان، مشيرًا إلى دراسة عدد كبير من المشاريع الإسكانية المتعثرة في المحافظة
وأضاف سليم أن الاجتماع تناول دور الهيئة في توفير البيانات والمؤشرات اللازمة لدعم مشاريع وزارة الإسكان، وترتيب الأولويات بما ينسجم مع الخطة الوطنية والرؤية التنموية الشاملة
