سوري لتسببها بوفاته أثناء محاولته الوصول إلى ألمانيا، فيما لقي 8 مهاجرين حتفهم جرّاء البرد
والجوع في البحر.
أفاد موقع “العرب في أوروبا” اليوم السبت، أنّ المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان اصدرت حكمًا بتغريم
السلطات الهنغارية بمبلغ 34 ألف يورو للاجئ سوري جرّاء تسببها بوفاة شقيقه أثناء محاولته عبور نهر
بين المجر وصربيا عام 2016.
وبموجب ما قاله شقيق الضحية إنّ حرس الحدود الهنغاريين رموهم بقنابل مسيلة للدموع والحجارة
وأطلقوا عليهم الكلاب، مشيرًا إلى أنّ شقيقه توفّي غرقًا أثناء محاولته السباحة للعودة مجبرًا إلى الجانب الصربي.
وقد أصدرت المحكمة حكمها لافتةً إلى أنّ السلطات الهنغارية قد فشلت في تأدية واجبها بحماية حياة الشاب السوري.
في سياق متّصل، لقي 8 مهاجرين بينهم طفل رضيع وأمّه أمس الجمعة مصرعهم جرّاء البرد والجوع
على متن قارب انطلقوا به من الساحل التونسي باتجاه إيطاليا.
