كتب رئيس مجلس الإدارة في غرفة صناعة حلب “فارس الشهابي” على صفحته الشخصية في فيسبوك اليوم الجمعة،
أنّ معظم الصناعيين يضطرون لشراء المازوت من السوق السوداء رغم ارتفاع أسعاره لعدم توفره بشكل نظامي.
وبرر الشهابي ذلك بأنّ الصناعي إذا لم يفعل ذلك سيتوقف إنتاجه وتصديره وسيصبح هو وعماله في الشارع، حسب وصفه.
وهاجم الشهابي حكومة النّظام التي تعاقب من يشتري المحروقات من السوق السوداء لأنّها المسؤولة عن توفير تلك المواد.
حيث قال الشهابي في منشوره “نتمنى أن لا تقصد الحكومة انهم مجرمون مخالفون لأحكام القانون لأنها لم تستطع مكافحة الغش و التهريب”.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ مناطق سيطرة النظام تعاني من نقص المحروقات بالتزامن مع توافرها في السوق السوداء التي
يدعمها مسؤولو الحكومة لمصالح شخصية، وفق ناشطين.
