انتقد الإعلامي الناشط بمناطق النظام فهد كنجو تواجد المسؤولين في أماكن الحريق معتبرًا أنّه بلا فائدة حيث قال “تواجد المسؤولين (وزراء محافظين) في مواقع الحرائق يربك عمليات الإطفاء… خليكن بمكاتبكم”
نشر فهد كنجو مساء الأمس على صفحته الشخصية منشورًا حمل -في طياته – استهزاءً بعدم اتخاذ المسؤولين قرارات هامة لحل المشاكل التي تتعرض لها المنطقة ومنها الحرائق المندلعة بشكل شبه يومي وأنّ المصاريف لا فائدة منها حيث تابع : “جزء لا يستهان به من الجهود تذهب لتأمين الدعم اللوجستي لتواجد وتنقل المسؤول وحاشيته”.
طالب كنجو المسؤولين عدم هدر البنزين بتواجدهم في أماكن الكوارث إلا بعد حدوثها بغية الحصول على الصور فقط حيث قال: ” كل لتر بنزين بتصرفوه بهالجولات ممكن يحل مشكلة بمكان آخر ،(كتر الصور ما بترجع غصن شجرة احترق).
الجدير ذكره تعلن المصادر الرسمية التابعة للنظام نشوب حرائق في مناطق متفرقة وترجع السبب إما لدرجات الحرارة أو سرعة الرياح أو سبب مجهول حيث قال مسؤول بعد حريق ساروجة : إنّ ارتفاع درجة الحرارة أدت إلى حريق ضخم وسط دمشق .
عزا مدير زراعة اللاذقية باسم دوبا أسباب فشل عمليات إطفاء الحرائق التي التهمت مساحات شاسعة في ريف اللاذقية واستمرت لعدة أيام بسبب سرعة الرياح ووعورة التضاريس وارتفاع درجات الحرارة الشديد.
وتذرع دوبا بأن الطبيعة الجغرافية للمنطقة والكثافة النباتية والظروف الجوية وسرعة النيران مدفوعة باشتداد الرياح، أدت إلى عدم التمكن من السيطرة على الحريق.
