ذكر موقع “الأناضول” نقلًا عن تقارير إخبارية أمس الثلاثاء 29 تشرين الأول (أكتوبر) بأن إسرائيل تسعى إلى التوصل إلى اتفاق يتم بموجبه إطلاق سراح عدد صغير من الرهائن الإسرائيليين المحتجزين في غزة مقابل وقف إطلاق النار لمدة شهر ، وفق ما ذكرت وسائل إعلام عبرية الثلاثاء.
وذكرت صحيفة “يديعوت أحرونوت” الإسرائيلية أن مدير جهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلي (الموساد) ديفيد برنياع أجرى مشاورات مع مدير وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأميركية (سي آي إيه) وليام بيرنز ورئيس الوزراء القطري محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني، خلال اجتماعات عقدت يومي الأحد والإثنين في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، بشأن تسهيل التوصل إلى اتفاق بين إسرائيل وحركة حماس الفلسطينية.
وقالت الصحيفة إن برنياع اقترح إطلاق سراح ما بين 11 و14 رهينة إسرائيليا، بمن فيهم كل النساء وكبار السن، مقابل وقف إطلاق النار لمدة 30 يومًا.
وبحسب الصحيفة فإنه بموجب الاقتراح، ستفرج إسرائيل أيضًا عن السجناء الفلسطينيين المعتقلين في سجونها، على أن تتم مناقشة العدد الدقيق في المفاوضات. وذكر التقرير أن الاقتراح سيتم عرضه قريبًا على قادة حماس لتقييم ما إذا كانت المجموعة مستعدة للعودة إلى المحادثات على أساس “صفقة صغيرة”.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مصادر مطلعة على الأمر قولها إنه من أجل تشجيع حماس على قبول صفقة لا تتضمن الانسحاب الكامل للقوات الإسرائيلية، فمن المتوقع أن تلتزم إسرائيل بالإفراج عن عدد أكبر من السجناء الفلسطينيين مقارنة بما كانت ستفعله بخلاف ذلك.
وذكرت صحيفة “هيوم” الإسرائيلية أن مسؤولين من الائتلاف الحاكم اليميني أعربوا عن موافقتهم على الاقتراح، قائلين إن “أي اقتراح لا يتضمن إنهاء الحرب يمكن مناقشته”. وذكرت القناة 12 الإسرائيلية أن إسرائيل تدرس حاليًّا الاقتراح، في حين سيقيس الوسطاء رد فعل حماس.
ورغم أن حماس لم ترد على التقارير الإسرائيلية فورًا، فإن زعيم حماس سامي أبو زهري قال في مؤتمر صحفي يوم الثلاثاء إن “حماس استجابت لطلب الوسطاء لاستكشاف مقترحات جديدة بشأن وقف إطلاق النار وتبادل الأسرى”، بعد أن أصرت في السابق على تنفيذ الاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها في المفاوضات السابقة.
وتقدر إسرائيل أن نحو 101 أسير لايزالون محتجزين لدى حماس في غزة، ويعتقد أن بعضهم قتلوا بالفعل في غارات جوية إسرائيلية عشوائية عبر الجيب المكتظ بالسكان. فشلت حتى الآن جهود الوساطة التي تقودها الولايات المتحدة ومصر وقطر في التوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار في غزة، لكن واشنطن تصر على أن قتل إسرائيل لزعيم حماس يحيى السنوار في 18 تشرين الأول (أكتوبر) قد يؤدي إلى تحقيق انفراجه في المحادثات.
