بدأت السلطات الأوكرانية، اليوم الإثنين، إجلاء رعاياها من منطقتي خيرسون وميكولايف مع حلول فصل الشتاء.
وبحسب ما ترجمه المركز الصحفي السوري عن صحيفة الغارديان بتصرّف، فإنّ أوكرانيا بدأت
بالإجلاء بسبب تخوفها من الأضرار التي لحقت بالبنية التحتية التي سببتها الحرب وعدم تحمل رعاياها للشتاء.
كما نصحت نائبة رئيس الوزراء الأوكراني، إيرينا فيريشوك، سكان المنطقتين اللتين تعرضتا للقصف
من قبل القوات الروسية في الآونة الأخيرة، بالانتقال إلى مناطق أكثر أمانًا.
وأضافت إيرينا أنّ الحكومة الأوكرانية ستوفر النقل والإقامة والرعاية الطبية.
وتأتي عمليات الإجلاء بعد أكثر من أسبوع على استعادة أوكرانيا لمدينة خيرسون، وهي لاتزال قريبة
من خط المواجهة مع القوات الروسية.
وعملت روسيا على قصف شبكات الكهرباء في أوكرانيا، مما أدى إلى تدمير البنية التحتية، وتسبب
بقطع التيار الكهربائي على نطاق واسع وترك ملايين الأوكرانين بدون تدفئة وكهرباء وماء.
وبحسب ما ذكره رئيس مشغل الشبكة فولوديمير كودريتسكي، إنّ التيار الكهربائي سوف ينقطع أكثر من
أربع ساعات في 15 منطقة أوكرانية بسبب تضرر أكثر من 40 بالمائة من منشآت الطاقة جرّاء الضربات
الروسية في الآونة الأخيرة.
كما أكّد رئيس بلدية كييف على الاستعداد والمرونة في مواجهة انقطاع التيار الكهربائي.
ووفرت محطة زابوريزهزيا حوالي خمس الكهرباء في أوكرانيا قبل الغزو الروسي، واضطرت للعمل على
المولدات الاحتياطية عدة مرات.
وتواصل القوات الروسية بعد الانسحابات الأخيرة تعزيز دفاعاتها على طول الضفة الشرقية وبناء خطوط دفاعية في عمق الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها.
