وثقت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان مقتل 230224 مدنياً بينهم 15272 بسبب التعذيب واعتقال تعسفي وإخفاء قسري لـ 154817 شخصاً، وتشريد قرابة 14 مليون سوري، لافتةً إلى أن الانتقال السياسي الديمقراطي هو المطلب الأساسي للحراك الشعبي منذ 12 عاماً.
وبحسب التقرير الصادر للشبكة على موقعها الرسمي اليوم بمناسبة الذكرى الثانية عشرة لانطلاق الحراك الشعبي نحو الديمقراطية في سوريا، قالت الشبكة بأن الانتهاكات بحق السوريين لم تتوقف منذ عام 2011، وأن المجتمع الدولي وعلى رأسه مجلس الأمن الدولي قد فشل بشكل مطلق في إيجاد حل للنزاع السوري يضمن انتقالاً سياسياً بشكل ديمقراطي.
وأضاف المصدر بأن المجمتع الدولى فشل في أن يهيئ الظروف أمام عودة النازحين واللاجئين ويؤدي إلى رفع العقوبات المفروضة والبدء في عودة الأمن والاستقرار.
كما سجل التقرير مقتل ما لا يقل عن230224 مدنياً بينهم 30007 طفلاً و16319 سيدة (أنثى بالغة) على يد أطراف النزاع والقوى المسيطرة في سوريا، قتل 201055 بينهم 22981 طفلاً، و11976 سيدة على يد قوات النظام السوري.
ووثق التقرير مقتل ما لا يقل عن 15272 شخصاً بسبب التعذيب بينهم 197 طفلاً و113 سيدة (أنثى بالغة) بسبب التعذيب على يد أطراف النزاع والقوى المسيطرة في سوريا، كان 14449 بينهم 174 طفلاً، و74 سيدة على يد قوات النظام السوري. أي قرابة 99% من الحصيلة الإجمالية.
وأفاد التقرير بأن طيران النظام السوري المروحي وثابت الجناح ألقى ما لا يقل عن 81916 برميلاً متفجراً، وذلك منذ أول استخدام موثق لهذا السلاح في 18/ تموز/ 2012، تسببت في مقتل 11087 مدنياً، بينهم 1821 طفلاً و1780 سيدة.
وسجل التقرير 222 هجوماً كيميائياً في سوريا، منذ أول هجوم موثق لهذا السلاح في كانون الأول/ 2012، نفَّذ النظام السوري 217 هجوماً، فيما نفَّذ تنظيم “داعش” 5 هجمات، وقد تسبَّبت جميع الهجمات في مقتل 1510 أشخاص بينهم 205 طفلاً و260 سيدة (أنثى بالغة) جميعهم قضوا في هجمات شنَّها النظام السوري.
وأشار التقرير إلى النظام السوري وحليفه الروسي قد استخدما هذه الذخائر بشكل مكثف، وسجل 496 هجوماً منذ أول استخدام موثَّق لهذا السلاح في تموز/ 2012، كان 251 هجوماً منها على يد قوات النظام السوري، و تسبَّبت تلك الهجمات في مقتل 1053 مدنياً بينهم 394 طفلاً و219 سيدة (أنثى بالغة).
وسجل التقرير ما لا يقل عن 171 هجوماً بأسلحة حارقة على مناطق مدنيَّة سكنيّة، كان 41 منها على يد قوات النظام السوري، و125 على يد القوات الروسية. و5 على يد قوات التّحالف الدولي.
