ترأس وزير العدل الدكتور مظهر الويس أمس السبت في مقر الوزارة بدمشق، الاجتماع الأول للجنة التحقيق المكلفة بمتابعة أحداث محافظة السويداء، حيث شدّد على أعضاء اللجنة ضرورة الإلتزام بالمبادئ الأساسية للعدالة والعمل بشفافية تامة لإنصاف جميع المتضررين
وأكد الوزير أن نتائج التحقيق يجب أن تصب في مصلحة السلم الأهلي وإعادة الأمن والاستقرار إلى كامل مكونات المجتمع السوري
وخلال الاجتماع اختارت اللجنة القاضي حاتم النعسان رئيسًا والمحامي عمار عز الدين متحدثًا إعلاميًا رسميًا، كما تقرر تخصيص مقر دائم للجنة داخل وزارة العدل وفتح خطين هاتفيين لتلقي شكاوى المواطنين من السويداء، بإشراف القاضي ميسون الطويل والمحامي عز الدين، على أن يُعلَن عن الرقمين قريبّا لضمان مشاركة الأهالي وتوثيق الانتهاكات
وفي تصريح صحفي أوضح رئيس اللجنة القاضي حاتم النعسان أن التحقيقات ستبدأ مباشرة من خلال لقاءات مع المسؤولين المحليين في محافظتي السويداء ودرعا، إلى جانب الاستماع لشهادات المتضررين، مبينًا أن العمل سيُنظَّم ضمن مجموعات متخصصة حسب خبرات الأعضاء، بهدف كشف الحقيقة وتحديد المسؤولين عن الأحداث الأليمة
وكانت وزارة العدل قد أعلنت بتاريخ 31 تموز 2025 عن تشكيل لجنة تحقيق خاصة بأحداث السويداء، استنادًا إلى أحكام قانون السلطة القضائية الصادر بالمرسوم التشريعي رقم 98 لعام 1961 وتعديلاته والقرار الرئاسي رقم 9 لعام 2025 وبتوجيه من رئاسة الجمهورية لضمان الشفافية والمساءلة
وتضم اللجنة في عضويتها كلا من القضاة حاتم النعسان، حسان الحموي، ميسون الطويل، جمال الأشقر، إلى جانب العميد محيي الدين هرموش، والمحاميين طارق الكردي وعمار عز الدين، على أن ترفع تقريرها النهائي خلال ثلاثة أشهر قابلة للتمديد، مع إمكانية الاستعانة بخبراء وجهات متخصصة
ويُنتظر أن تسهم هذه اللجنة التي تضم في عضويتها قضاة ومحامين وخبراء أمنيين، في تقديم تقرير نهائي خلال ثلاثة أشهر، يتضمن نتائج التحقيق والتوصيات اللازمة وذلك ضمن توجّه الحكومة السورية، برئاسة الرئيس أحمد الشرع، لترسيخ الشفافية ومعالجة آثار الأزمة في محافظة السويداء
