قال رئيس الجمعية الحرفية لصناعة البوظة والحلويات التابع للنظام بسام قلعجي بأن الحلو أصبح كاللحمة والفروج مجرد شهوة يشتريها المقتدر مادياً بالقطعة في أيام المناسبات والأعياد.
وبحسب جريدة تشرين المقربة من النظام اليوم فإن قلعجي أكد بأن نسبة 80% من الأشخاص باتوا مؤخراً يشترون الحلويات بالقطعة فقط، مبررا ذلك بارتفاع أسعار المواد كافة إلى الضعف مقارنة بالعام الماضي.
وطلب قلعجي من الأهالي عدم التذمر من ارتفاع أسعار الحلويات، ودعا الأشخاص الغير قادرين على شراء الحلويات لصناعتها في المنزل لتوفير 60 % من المصاريف التي يتقاضاها الحلواني أو شراء الأنواع المتوسطة والخفيفة وفق قدرته المادية.
وأكد قلعجي ارتفاع أسعار السكر والطحين والسمنة الحيواني والفستق ما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع أسعار الحلويات، بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع أسعار الكهرباء السياحية والمحروقات.
وصرح قلعجي بأن أغلب معامل البوظة تعمل على المولدات فلا يوجد كهرباء للإنتاج أو التبريد ويضطر الحرفي إلى شراء المحروقات من السوق السوداء، مايؤدي إلى ارتفاع أسعار البوظة، خاصة أن مخصصات المازوت لاتكفي سوى 5 ساعات.
فيما تشهد مناطق سيطرة النظام ظروفاً اقتصادية صعبة حيث أدى الغلاء الكبير إلى غياب فرحة العيد وأثر على العلاقات الاجتماعية التي أصبحت مقتصرةً على المعايدات والتهاني عبر رسائل نصية.
