وأوضحت الدائرة أن هذا التطور جاء نتيجة استمرار تدفق مياه نهر قويق وروافده باتجاه سد السيحة الترابي، ما أدى إلى انهيار الساتر الترابي الأول، ورفع مستوى التهديد على المناطق السكنية والأراضي الزراعية المجاورة
وأشارت إلى أن الوضع ما يزال حساسًا، خاصة في حال تعرض الساتر الترابي الثاني لأي تشقق أو انهيار جزئي، مؤكدة أن فرق الدفاع المدني تواصل أعمال التدعيم بشكل مكثف، وبالتعاون مع مديرية الموارد المائية وإدارة منطقة سمعان الجنوبية، بهدف احتواء الخطر ومنع تفاقمه
وشددت الدائرة على ضرورة الالتزام التام بالتعليمات الصادرة عن الجهات الرسمية، وعدم تداول أي معلومات غير موثوقة، حفاظًا على سلامة الأهالي
وفي السياق، أوضح وزير الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث رائد الصالح أن فرق الدفاع المدني تعمل على التعامل مع آثار الأمطار الغزيرة والسيول التي اجتاحت عدة مناطق
وبيّن الصالح أن السيول في ريف حماة الشرقي تسببت بوفاة طفل، إضافة إلى انقطاع طريق أثريا – الرقة نتيجة انهيار عبّارة على الطريق، مع تسجيل انجراف واحتجاز عدد من المركبات، حيث تم التدخل لإنقاذ المدنيين وتأمينهم
وأضاف أن الجهود الحالية تتركز في منطقة السيحة بريف حلب الجنوبي بعد انهيار الساتر الأول، مع استمرار العمل على تعزيز الساتر الثاني للحد من أي انهيار محتمل، مؤكدًا أن الوزارة كانت قد أصدرت تحذيرات مسبقة خلال الساعات الماضية حول الحالة الجوية
وفي تطور ميداني، أدى انهيار الساتر الترابي لسبخة السيحة قرب تل العقارب إلى غمر نحو 10 هكتارات من الأراضي الزراعية بالمياه
وتواصل فرق الدفاع المدني عملياتها في الموقع، عبر تعزيز نقاط الضعف في السواتر الترابية ورفع جاهزية الاستجابة، في محاولة للحد من توسع الفيضانات وحماية الممتلكات والمناطق السكنية
