أعلنت المدينة الصناعية في الشيخ نجار بحلب اليوم عن بدء المرحلة الثانية من المزادات العلنية على المقاسم الصناعية، وذلك عقب النجاح الكبير الذي حققته مرحلة الاكتتاب الأولى، التي شهدت إقبالًا واسعًا من المستثمرين والصناعيين الراغبين في توسيع نشاطهم الإنتاجي داخل المدينة
ويأتي هذا الإعلان ضمن خطة شاملة لإحياء القطاع الصناعي في حلب ودعم عجلة الإنتاج الوطني، في إطار رؤية تهدف إلى تهيئة بيئة استثمارية شفافة ومنصفة تشجع الصناعيين على العودة، والمساهمة في إعادة بناء أحد أهم قطاعات الاقتصاد السوري
أكد يوسف فتوح، معاون المدير العام للمدينة الصناعية في الشيخ نجار، أن المرحلة الثانية من المزادات تمثل نقطة تحول جديدة نحو ترسيخ مبادئ الشفافية والعدالة في عملية توزيع المقاسم، موضحًا أن الإدارة حرصت على أن تتم الإجراءات بأسلوب منظم وواضح يضمن المساواة بين جميع المتقدمين
وأشار فتوح إلى أن الإقبال الكبير خلال مرحلة الاكتتاب السابقة يعكس الثقة المتزايدة من قبل المستثمرين ببيئة العمل داخل المدينة، مبينًا أن المزادات الجديدة تأتي استكمالًا لخطوات استراتيجية تهدف إلى تخصيص المقاسم للمستثمرين الجادين وفق معايير دقيقة تضمن الاستخدام الأمثل للأراضي الصناعية
كما أوضح أن إدارة المدينة تواصل العمل على تحسين وتطوير البنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية، بما يشمل شبكات الكهرباء والمياه والاتصالات وتأهيل الطرق والمرافق الخدمية، في إطار خطة متكاملة لتوفير بيئة إنتاجية حديثة وآمنة
من جانبه أوضح بشار فتال، رئيس دائرة النافذة الواحدة في المدينة الصناعية، أن الإدارة بدأت مباشرة بعد انتهاء الاكتتاب بتنفيذ إجراءات المزادات عبر أنظمة إلكترونية وإدارية حديثة، تهدف إلى تسهيل المشاركة وتبسيط الخطوات أمام جميع الصناعيين
وبيّن فتال أن هذه المرحلة تندرج ضمن رؤية متكاملة لتفعيل الاستثمار الصناعي المحلي وتعزيز التعاون مع القطاع الخاص في إعادة بناء القاعدة الإنتاجية في حلب، التي بدأت بالفعل تستعيد مكانتها كمركز صناعي بارز في المنطقة
ووفقًا لإدارة المدينة، شهدت الفترة الأخيرة ارتفاعًا ملحوظاً في عدد طلبات الاستثمار، سواء من داخل سوريا أو من المغتربين الراغبين في إعادة استثمار رؤوس أموالهم داخل البلاد، ما يعكس تحسنًا في المناخ الاستثماري واستقرارًا متزايدًا في النشاط الصناعي
كما تعمل إدارة المدينة على تقديم حزمة من التسهيلات الإدارية والمالية، من بينها تبسيط إجراءات الترخيص وتخفيض بعض الرسوم وتفعيل خدمات النافذة الواحدة، بما يسهم في تسريع وتيرة الاستثمار وتخفيف الأعباء عن الصناعيين
تُعد المدينة الصناعية في الشيخ نجار من أكبر المدن الصناعية في سوريا، إذ تمتد على مساحة تزيد على 4400 هكتار وتضم آلاف المقاسم والمنشآت العاملة في قطاعات النسيج والغذاء والكيمياء والهندسة والدواء
