The negotiating commission on behalf of the detainees reached an agreement with the Ministers of Justice and the Interior in the government of Assad’s regime. After a mighty work has been done by the detainees, who were under stressful pressures and medical burdens, especially as the water completely carried out of the prison since last night, besides to the shortage of food and medicines and the deteriorated health situation of the prisoned patients. The agreement stated as the following: Re providing of electricity and water has been addressed, after the meeting has ended with the presence of representatives of the detainees headed by Engineer Mustafa Abu Ghalib, and the regime representatives headed by the Interior Minister, the Minister of Justice, the General of the security branches and Nawaf Al-Melhem. The agreement based upon a verbal guarantee from the regime representatives and it was agreed on the following items: 1 – Ending the stoppage by detainees 2 – Restoring electricity, water, food, medicines and all the necessities of life to prison. 3 – The release of all detainees, both who are under Field Court in Sednaya or under the Court of terrorism, including those whom provisions have been sentenced taking into consideration the full study of all detainees files. In addition to the release of the prisoners on a daily base without determining a specific time schedule or a limited number of each release installment. 4 – Not to request any detainee to a security branch or another prison; moreover to not conducting deportation of any detainee towards any security branch or to Sednaya prison or other prison outside Hama. 5 – Do not make any security police measures inside the dorms or the entrance of the police members into the riot wing of the prison till next Saturday. 6 – Do not confiscating the mobile phones held by the detainees.
