Between Imad Khamees and Alhalaki, the roles exchange. Khamees is the prime minister of regime government after Alhalaki after reports of complete change of the government. In every time each government failed more the precedent one, but what about designating Imad Khamees the prime minister of the new government who has proved that he is not worthy for real after Syria drunk to darkness? There are wonders why that rush to designating Khamees the new position and changing the government after protestations which occurred in front of the Alshaab Parliament against the previous government for raising fuel prices?.. Why Khamees is one of the nominees for this position?
Who is engineer Imad Khamees?
It is known that he is minister of electricity in the last two governments consecutively; which made him the most known among other ministers for his ministry is linked to daily life of people and directly related to their jobs and work. He was born in Damascus countryside in 1961, he received a certificated of Electrical engineering from Damascus university in 1981. He was tasked to manage several public facilities of distributing and investing electrical power, besides he was the public manager of the Public Company of Electricity For Investing and Distributing. Finally, he assumed the prime minister of current government. He is married and has three children ( two sons and one daughter).
During Imad Khamees assuming minister of electricity the circumstances of electricity became worse where in every time he declared the electricity would not get worse till it electricity cuts hours reached 22 hours a day, besides the repeated break downs and continual underacting to fix them. Since electricity is fundamental in modern life, its continual cuts due to his government failing to find real solutions for them the thing why he was a lot mocked by Syrians on social media particularly Facebook where many pages have been created for criticize him. In addition, dozens sardonic photos and jokes about him and his loser ministry according to these pages were launched.
Comments and Opinions:
“we increasing electricity cuts hours because Syria is lighted by its people” a page put this sentence as an address on its cover photo reporting Imad Khamees saying. Designating him as prime minister irritated most Syrians revealed by clear mockery and sarcasm on all pages that posted the news and continual comments showed how the Syrian people was angry for assuming a higher position than the previous one; Ahmad from Lattakia said: “from being a thief to a bigger one”, other said: “IF Imad Khamees is the new prime minister, mercy on Syria.. Syria is gone”, while a third one added: “I wonder is there going a decreasing on salaries.. tomorrow we live three hours and decrease three hours in Imad time”.
Consecutive forming of government for years in which there were not any new people, but only a change of positions and portfolio circulating them between the same people; Syria ambassador is designated a minister of Media while Jihad Laham the previous head of parliament is designated a minister of justice as usual and predicted of regime government. So that the people are accustomed not to find any new face in the heads of regime then how can they find it in the new formalization of regime ministers.
