International coalition warplanes have targeted several boats of ISIS on Tuesday while bringing reinforcements to Raqqa to fight off the attack by Syria Democratic Forces.
International coalition spokesman declared that the coalition targeted fighters of ISIS while crossing Euphrates river to support the fighters in Raqqa.
