“who enters a mosque or a church is all safe”, it is a phrase suggests safety and peace in everywhere around the world,. However, the Syrian regime has never respected the sacred places; on the contrary, regime forces attempt almost daily to target such places with warplanes and Russian military fighters.
Probably what happened in the last few days is the clearest proof of regime cruelty and hatred where regime has escalated the military campaign on Idlib city by launching several raids targeting with one raid the only church in the city which caused up to 20 civilian martyrs and dozens wounded in addition to wild fires next to the church for fuel reservoir in nearby cars had exploded.
“Waheed Gafeer” and “Mohammad Gafeer” are two children and cousins from Idlib city who memorized Quran ; they were not safe from regime brutality for they were accompanied by children in a institute for teaching Holy Quran near the church. Fear and panic controlled that moments. These two children were severely injured and died later out of their wounds; the raid was violent without caring who would kill or where it would target.
What a disaster it befell their mothers; Waheed’s mother’s cries and screams were heard once she received the news, but later she shrilled saying out loudly: ” congratulations.. congratulations my child your new home in heaven.. I know you are the biggest terrorist in Syria since you have memorized Holy Quran to gratify your God .. May Allah avenge your innocent soul and every other innocent one in Syria. You and your cousin are now birds in heaven.. do not forget to take me with you.. my little one do not forget me”.
Painful scenes that are hard to describe. Civil defense and firemen could not that day come quickly to quench the fire and pull out the people under the rubble for they were not able to cover all raids locations; Russian warplanes carried out 12 raids targeting crowded places where the most violent one hit the Church. By this history can record the most horrible violations against sacred places.
Laith who is a civil defense member posted on his personal page after relieving wounded: ” Damn them all, we do not know the poverty in some houses till the raids by warplanes expose it”.
The question that emerges here is who are the terrorists that Russian warplanes are killing ? , they are children war has forbidden them from living in peace and turned their bodies into carnage here and there. What is the fault they have done to be doomed to this end? Is it because they are spending summer time in memorizing holy Quran? Or because the world countries have decided to remain silence enjoying the killing and ruins scenes everyday in different parts in liberated areas in Syria where all what they do are condemning and appealing that are with no point.
The massacres happening in Idlib city and its countryside have clear end which is avenging regime losses in Aleppo after rebels advancement and breaking the siege so that regime becomes unable to face them on field and that is why turn to warplnes to break their will.
