أعلنت إيطاليا قبل أيام حالة الطوارئ وطلب مساعدة بعد إن وصلت مئات القوارب التي تحمل لاجئين إلى جزيرة لامبيدوسا، كذلك أعلنت اليونان أمس عن وصول 50 قاربًا لجزرها في البحر الأبيض المتوسط.
وذكرت وكالة الأنباء الإيطالية “أنسا” أن ما يقرب من 900 شخص وصلوا من شمال إفريقيا أمس. ووصلت هذا الصباح خمسة قوارب أخرى تحمل أكثر من 170 مهاجرًا إلى ميناء لامبيدوسا. ولايزال مركز الاستقبال الأولي بالجزيرة مكتظًا. ويقيم هناك حاليا أكثر من 1700 شخص.
ويقول خفر السواحل التونسي إنه منعوا أكثر من 2500 مهاجر من العبور إلى أوروبا في الأيام القليلة الماضية. وكان من بينهم ما يقرب من 600 تونسي. وكان الأشخاص الآخرون في المقام الأول مهاجرين من أفريقيا جنوب الصحراء الكبرى.
وتحدث الإعلام اليوناني عن وصول أكثر من50 قاربًا للجزر اليونانية بالإضافة لوصول عشرات النداءات من قوارب يوميًا، فصباح اليوم وصل للسلطات اليونانية 7 نداءات استغاثة من بحر إيجه.
وفي ألمانيا اقترح عشرات النواب الألمان وضع سقف لطلبات اللجوء السنوية وتشديد الصعوبات أمام اللاجئين، قال زعيم حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي المسيحي ميرز بأن ألمانيا لا يمكنها التعامل إلا مع قبول حوالي 200 ألف مهاجر ولاجئ سنويًا. كما كرر ميرز مطالب الاتحاد بالحد من الهجرة غير المنظمة، وهناك ضرورة لإيقاف زيادة الأعداد في طالبي اللجوء.
ودعا برلمانيون آخرون لزيادة مراقبة الحدود مع بولندا وجمهورية التشيك وسويسرا بالإضافة وتفعيل اتفاقيات العودة مع بلدان الأصل.
