معظم الضحايا في هذه المجزرة من منظمة مجاهدي خلق الإيرانية أو مؤيديها ، و يتمتع مرتكبو هذه المجزرة بالحصانة منذ سنوات و لم تتم محاكمتهم بعد ، و قد دافع إبراهيم رئيسي عدة مرات عن المجزرة ومن قاموا بها و اعتبر أنها كانت بفتوى من خميني و كان ينبغي تنفيذها.
إن وجود مثل هذا القاتل في الأمم المتحدة و على منبرها يشكل إهانة لحقوق الإنسان ، و سيكون عارًا على كل الدول ، و ينبغي منعه و أمثاله من المجرمين من الدخول إلى مبنى الأمم المتحدة.
