Documentation Office in Syrian Press Center (SPC), has documented in the third week of September 18 massacres in opposition factions-held areas with a death toll of 110 martyrs, most of them took place in the governorates of Deir Ezzor and Idlib, in the wake of bombardment by regime forces, its Russian ally and the air force of the International Coalition which is launching campaign to fight ISIS in the provinces of Raqqa and Deir Ezzor.
*- The massacres according to perpetrator, are classified as follows:
– The military fighters of the International Coalition, which is launching a campaign to fight ISIS, committed 2 massacres with a death toll of 12 martyrs in the governorate of Deir Ezzor.
– Warplanes of the Russian air force through intense airstrikes committed 12 massacres with a death toll of 80 martyrs in the wake of fierce campaign that has launched on 19/ September on the countrysides of Idlib and Hama.
– Regime forces through their military operations, artillery shelling and airstrikes committed 3 massacres with a death toll of 13 martyrs.
– ISIS through artillery offensive committed 1 massacre with a death toll of 5 martyrs.
*- The massacres according to governorate, are classified as follows:
– 12 massacres took place in Deir Ezzor province, including:
▪ 7 massacres were committed by the Russian air force, with a death toll of 47 martyrs.
▪ 2 massacres were committed by the fighting jets of regime forces, with a death toll of 9 martyrs.
▪ 2 massacres were committed by the fighting jets of the International Coalition, with a death toll of 12 martyrs.
▪ 1 massacre was committed by ISIS, with a death toll of 5 martyrs.
– 4 massacres were committed by the Russian air force, took place in Idlib province, with a death toll of 23 martyrs.
– 1 massacre was committed by the Russian military fighters, took place in Hama province, with a death toll of 10 martyrs.
– 1 massacre was committed by the regime forces, took place in Homs province, with a death toll of 4 martyrs.
*- It is worthy to mention that the massacres numbering 291, which took place in the first half of 2017, included 106 massacres by the fighting jets of the International Coalition, where the massacres committed in the governorates of Raqqa and Deir Azzor reached 110.
*- Besides, the massacres that happened in september have reached 46 ones with a total death toll of 403 martyrs; where 20 of the massacres were committed by the fighting jets of Russia, while 12 of the massacres were committed by the fighting jets of International Coalition, according to a statistic by Documentation Office in Syrian Press Center.
