Regime forces committed a horrifying massacre aganist civilians near Hatla village in the eastern rural of Deir Ezzor after controlling locations in the area.
15 civilians including women and children were excuted with knives in Asayed Ayed area east Hatla in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside by regime forces and its militias on Monday, after the latter managed to advance over ISIS controlling the area for few hours before ISIS regained it again , Deir Ezzor Network reporter said.
