ذكرت صحيفة Cumhuriyet اليوم الخميس 11 تموز (يوليو) تساؤلات نائب حزب الشعب الجمهوري، يوكسيل منصور كيلينش، الذي جلب الدعوة للانتفاضة من خلال مشاركة معلومات الهوية على بعض حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الأحداث ضد اللاجئين السوريين في قيصري إلى جدول أعمال البرلمان، عن كيفية وقوع معلومات هوية ملايين اللاجئين السوريين في حسابات البرلمان. أيدي المحرضين.
قدم نائب حزب الشعب الجمهوري في إسطنبول، يوكسيل منصور كيلينش، سؤالًا برلمانيًا إلى وزير الداخلية علي يرليكايا.
مذكّرًا أنه بينما كانت الحوادث التي تستهدف السوريين مستمرة في محافظات قيصري وهاتاي وأضنة وشانلي أورفا وبورصة وغازي عنتاب في بداية شهر يوليو، تمت مشاركة معلومات هوية اللاجئين السوريين الخاضعين للحماية المؤقتة على قناة الرسائل المحمولة المسماة Telegram والمكالمات بعد حدوث الانتفاضة، طرح كيلينش الأسئلة التالية على وزارة الداخلية:
“في أي تواريخ وفي أي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو قنوات الرسائل المحمولة تم نشر معلومات هوية اللاجئين السوريين الخاضعين للحماية المؤقتة؟
كم عدد اللاجئين السوريين الخاضعين للحماية المؤقتة الذين تم نشر معلومات هويتهم على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو قنوات المراسلة عبر الهاتف المحمول؟
كيف وصلت معلومات هوية اللاجئ السوري الخاضع للحماية المؤقتة، والتي يجب أن تحتفظ بها فقط مديرية إدارة الهجرة التابعة لوزارة الداخلية في الجمهورية التركية، إلى أيدي الشخص أو الأشخاص الذين يحرضون اللاجئين؟
ما هي الإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها ضد المديرين المعنيين في وزارة الداخلية، مديرية إدارة الهجرة، فيما يتعلق بتسريب معلومات هوية اللاجئين السوريين الخاضعين للحماية المؤقتة؟
ما هي الاحتياطات التي تم اتخاذها ضد المخاطر الأمنية التي قد تنشأ عن تسرب معلومات هوية اللاجئين السوريين الخاضعين للحماية المؤقتة؟
ما هي التدابير التي يتم اتخاذها لضمان أمن المعلومات والبيانات في المديرية العامة لشؤون السكان والمواطنة، حيث يتم الاحتفاظ بجميع معلومات هوية مواطنينا، وفي مديرية إدارة الهجرة، حيث يتم الاحتفاظ بمعلومات هوية المهاجرين واللاجئين في بلادنا محفوظة؟”
