حدد الضمان الصحي التابع للنظام عدد زيارات الطبيب والتحاليل والوصفات الطبية بثلاث لكل منها على الموظفين المشمولين به، مع رفعها لسقف المبالغ الخاصة بالمشافي.
وبحسب جريدة تشرين المقربة من النظام اليوم، فقد فرض على الموظفين دفع مبلغ 4000 ليرة لكل زيارة طبيب مع رفعها لسقف المبالغ الخاصة بالمشافي العسكرية والعامة لتصل إلى ٥ ملايين ليرة بدلاً من مليونين، وفي المشافي الخاصة أصبحت التغطية التأمينية مليونين ونصف بدلاً من مليوني ليرة.
وأشار المصدر إلى أن مرات الاستفادة من الضمان الصحي تم تحديدها عبر مجموعة قرارات صادرة عنه بدلا من أن تكون مفتوحة، خاصة أن معظم شركات التأمين تستثني الكثير من تغطية تكاليف زيارات الطبيب وأسعار التحاليل والصور والأدوية ليدفعها الشخص على نفقته الخاصة.
وأضاف المصدر بضرورة إعادة النظر بالقرارات الجديدة التي فرضها الضمان الصحي خاصة في ظل الارتفاع الكبير لأسعار الأدوية وإجراء الصور الشعاعية والتحاليل وزيارة الطبيب.
الجدير ذكره بأن المنظومة الطبية في مناطق سيطرة النظام تعاني من حالة متردية جدا وعجز في القطاع الصحي عن تأمين قسم كبير من الأدوية بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع أسعارها بشكل خيالي وهجرة الأطباء والممرضين بحثا عن فرص عمل.
