هددت مؤسسة الإسكان العامة في حكومة النظام المكتتبين في حال عدم التزامهم بدفع الأقساط الشهرية التي ضاعفتها عليهم، باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية معطية مهلة أخيرة، رغم تأخر المؤسسة بتسليم المساكن للمكتتبين.
وكتبت المؤسسة اليوم في حسابها فيسبوك أنه على المسجلين والمخصصين الذين لم يدفعوا قيمة القسط الشهري وفق القيمة المعدلة واستبدال دفاتر الاكتتاب لمشروعي السكن الشبابي والعمالي الانتباه أنها ستتخذ الإجراءات القانونية ضدهم، داعيةً إلى تسوية أوضاعهم حتى نهاية المهلة الممنوحة حتى 31 كانون الأول الجاري.
وانتقد متابعون تهديدات المؤسسة مذكرين المسؤولين القائمين عليها بتأخرهم عن تسليم المساكن وفق العقود الموقعة بينهم لكنها لم تلتزم وتأخرت مدة سنوات طويلة دون أي محاسبة أو رقابة، بل تسببوا بزيادة الأقساط أضعافاُ كثيرة جعلت المكتتب هو الخاسر الوحيد.
ورفعت حكومة النظام مؤخراً قسط السكن الشبابي الشهري على المكتتبين لتصبح 25 ألف ليرة بدلاً من ثمانية آلاف، وأن الدفع بالقيمة الجديدة سيكون على جميع الفئات بداية شهر تشرين الأول/أكتوبر الماضي، وفق المؤسسة.
وصدمت حكومة النظام الأهالي بتخصيص 552 مسكناً من أصل ستة آلاف مسكن بالسكن البديل في مشروع باسيليا سيتي الذي أقره رأس النظام عام 2012 بارتفاع قيمة الشقق بنسبة 30% متجاوزة قدرتهم المالية وأن الحكومة أخلت بوعودها في مواعيد التسليم ليبقَ الأهالي في دائرة التشرد دون وجود مسكن لهم، بحسب صحيفة الوطن المقربة من النظام.
وأشار مدير الدراسات الفنية في محافظة دمشق معمر دكاك إلى أن الأقساط ستكون على مدار ثلاث سنوات بذريعة ارتفاع التكاليف، مشيراً إلى أن 23 برجاً قيد الإنجاز وأن مدة التنفيذ ثلاث سنوات للبرج الواحد، لافتاً إلى أن 21 منها جرت المباشرة بها مؤخراً، بحسب الصحيفة.
