عادت ظاهرة المعلمين الوكلاء في مختلف الاختصاصات للظهور في مدارس ريف دمشق بسبب الاستقالات أو نهاية الخدمة والهجرة إلى خارج سوريا لتردي الأوضاع الاقتصادية.
وبحسب جريدة تشرين المقربة من النظام اليوم بأن هناك عدد من الشواغر في مناطق الريف البعيد بمحافظة ريف دمشق، ويتم ترميم تلك الشواغر من خلال الاستعانة بالوكلاء والمكلفين عن طريق المجمعات التربوية.
وأضاف المصدر بأن مدير تربية دمشق سليمان اليونس أوضح وجود نقص بالوكالات في Tags: الهجرةمدارسوكالة وساعات
