قال الوزير علي يرليكايا في تصريح لصحيفة bursaport اليوم الأربعاء 4 كانون الأول (ديسمبر) إن 42 % من مليونين و938 ألف سوري في تركيا، أي مليون و247 ألفا و432، هم من حلب”.
بحسب الصحيفة التقى وزير الداخلية علي يرليكايا بممثلي وسائل الإعلام في اتحاد الناشرين الأناضول وتبادل البيانات الحالية عن المهاجرين في تركيا. وأعلن الوزير يرليكايا أنه حتى 30 نوفمبر 2024، هناك 4 ملايين و171 ألف أجنبي نظامي مسجل في تركيا، منهم 2 مليون و938 ألف سوري، ومليون و31 ألف منهم يحملون تصاريح إقامة و201 ألف منهم تحت الحماية الدولية. .
صرح الوزير يرليكايا أن 731 ألف شخص لم يكونوا في عناوينهم أثناء أعمال تحديث العناوين. وقال إنه بينما قام 580 ألفًا من هؤلاء الأشخاص بتحديث عناوينهم، لم يتم العثور على أي أثر لـ 150 ألفًا و327 شخصًا. وذكر في تقييمه لهذا الوضع أنهم توصلوا إلى استنتاج مفاده أن الأشخاص المعنيين ربما عبروا إلى أوروبا.
أعلن الوزير يرليكايا أنهم سيفرضون التزامًا بالإبلاغ عن الموقع على جميع الأجانب اعتبارًا من الأسبوع الأول من عام 2025. وأكد أنه في النظام الجديد يجب أن يتم الإخطار المنتظم بالموقع من خلال تطبيق مشابه لتطبيق KADES، وإلا سيتم نقل الأشخاص إلى المعسكر في حالة وجود مخالفتين. قال ييرليكايا: “القواعد صارمة للغاية. وأضاف أن “الشرطة والدرك ستعززان سيطرتهما”.
