حددت وزارة العدل السورية موعد انطلاق الدورة التدريبية للمحامين المقبولين في مسابقة القضاء، تمهيداً لاستكمال مراحل التعيين في السلك القضائي
وأوضحت الوزارة في تعميم صادر يوم الخميس 2 نيسان، أن الدورة التدريبية ستبدأ صباح يوم الثلاثاء 14 نيسان عند الساعة التاسعة، وذلك في المعهد العالي للقضاء، وكان المعهد قد نظم خلال تشرين الثاني الماضي، اختبار الأتمتة للمحامين المتقدمين إلى مسابقة القضاء، بمشاركة نحو 2900 متقدم
وفي سياق متصل، أعلنت وزارة العدل أنها أجرت في الأول من تشرين الثاني الماضي اختبارًا تحريريًا للمحامين المرشحين من قبل نقابة المحامين، ضمن مسابقة التعيين في منصب قاضٍ لدى محاكم الجمهورية العربية السورية
وفي 20 كانون الأول الماضي، أصدرت الوزارة نتائج الامتحان الكتابي، مبينة أن كل من نال 50 درجة فما فوق يُعدّ مؤهلًا للانتقال إلى مرحلة المقابلة الشفهية
وبحسب آلية المسابقة، يمر المتقدمون بعدة مراحل متتالية تبدأ بالاختبار الشفهي، ثم لقاء مع مجلس القضاء الأعلى، يلي ذلك دورة قضائية مكثفة، على أن يتم في ختام هذه المراحل تعيين الناجحين قضاة في محاكم سوريا
