وذكر محمد إسلامي في رسالته السرية للغاية، أنه حتى الآن أصبحت مناجم الفوسفات السورية تحت تصرف الحكومة الإيرانية، ويطلب من نائب إبراهيم رئيسي نقل 800 ألف طن من تربة الفوسفات سنويًا من خلال الشركة الأم المتخصصة “إنتاج وتطوير المواد الخام والوقود النووي”. في الوثائق المسربة ، صرح محمد إسلامي، رئيس منظمة الطاقة الذرية التابعة للنظام ، أنه يريد تسليم 800 ألف طن من تربة الفوسفات من المناجم السورية التي بحوزة الحكومة الإيرانية لمنظمة الطاقة الذرية دون دفع حصة الحكومة الإيرانية.
وفي 29 مايو أعلنت قناة “الانتفاضة حتى إسقاط النظام“ على تلغرام أن الشبكة الداخلية المحمية للغاية لمؤسسة الجلاد ”رئيسي“ الرئاسية في طهران قد تم الاستيلاء عليها وبعيدة عن متناول اليد.
