أعلنت الهيئة الوطنية للمفقودين، اليوم الجمعة، تنفيذ تقييم ميداني أولي في مدينة صيدنايا بريف دمشق، عقب تلقيها بلاغات من الأهالي حول مواقع يُعتقد أنها تحتوي على رفات بشرية أو مقابر جماعية، وذلك بهدف تحديد الاحتياجات الفنية والقانونية اللازمة للتعامل مع هذه المواقع وفق الأصول المعتمدة
وأوضحت الهيئة في بيان أن فرقها المختصة أجرت الكشف الأولي لتقدير المتطلبات اللوجستية والفنية والقانونية قبل الشروع بأي خطوات لاحقة، بما يضمن الحفاظ على الأدلة وصون حقوق الضحايا وعائلاتهم، إلى جانب ضمان سلامة عمليات التوثيق والتحقق
وأكدت الهيئة أن معالجة البلاغات المتعلقة بالرفات البشرية والمقابر الجماعية تتم وفق نهج إنساني ومهني يراعي حق الأسر في معرفة مصير ذويها المفقودين، مشيرة إلى أن جميع الإجراءات تُنفذ بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة وبما يتوافق مع المعايير القانونية المعمول بها
ودعت المواطنين إلى الامتناع عن الاقتراب من المواقع المشتبه بها أو العبث بمحتوياتها ونقل أي مواد منها، لما قد يترتب على ذلك من إتلاف للأدلة أو عرقلة لعمليات التحقيق والتوثيق، مطالبة بالإبلاغ عن أي مواقع مشابهة عبر القنوات الرسمية
ويأتي هذا التحرك ضمن سلسلة استجابات ميدانية نفذتها الهيئة خلال الفترة الماضية في عدد من مناطق ريف دمشق. ففي مدينة دوما، باشرت فرق الهيئة بالتعاون مع فرق الدفاع المدني السوري عمليات توثيق وجمع وانتشال رفات بشرية عُثر عليها بناءً على بلاغات من الأهالي، وذلك وفق البروتوكولات المهنية المعتمدة
كما استجابت فرق الدفاع المدني، بالتنسيق مع الهيئة الوطنية للمفقودين، في التاسع من حزيران الجاري لبلاغ مماثل في منطقة السحل بالقلمون بريف دمشق، حيث أُجري مسح أولي للموقع للتأكد من خلوه من الألغام ومخلفات الحرب قبل البدء بعمليات جمع وانتشال الرفات
وأكدت الجهات المعنية أن جميع العمليات تُنفذ وفق إجراءات توثيق دقيقة تضمن الحفاظ على الأدلة واحترام كرامة الضحايا، تمهيدًا لاستكمال التحقيقات وتسليم الرفات إلى الجهات المختصة، في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى كشف مصير المفقودين وإنصاف ذويهم
