وأضاف المصدر بأن قرارات ووثائق تفيد بالتجاوزات الكبيرة برخص البناء الخاصة بمراكز الإيواء والملاجئ في ظل غياب الرقابة على المنشآت السكنية العامة.
كما أفاد المصدر بأن التجاوزات ظهرت آثارها اليوم بظل الكارثة التي تعرضت لها المنطقة من زلزال ٦ شباط وتكشفت كافة السلبيات على أرض الواقع، فغالبية رخص البناء تظهر وجود ملاجئ وخدمات لكن تحولت إلى أماكن تجارية وسكنية وصيدليات وغيرها.
وأكد المصدر على تجاوز الجهات المعنية تلك السلبيات في ظل تهديد حياة الكثير من الأرواح والممتلكات، موضحا بأنه عند حدوث الزلازل لم يكن هناك من ملجأ للأهالي.
الجدير بالإشارة بأن مصادر محلية اتهمت مسؤولين بسرقة المواد الإغاثية وإهانة المتضررين في مناطق سيطرة النظام، عقب الزلزال المدمر الذي خلف عشرات آلاف القتلى ومئات آلاف الجرحى في تركيا وسوريا.
