توفي الطفل أحمد خالد مخلف المصلوخ، البالغ من العمر 15 عامًا بعد سقوطه في بئر ارتوازية بعمق 70 مترًا في قرية أبو فاس بريف الحسكة الجنوبي، رغم محاولات الأهالي المستمرة لإنقاذه وسط غياب أي استجابة من الجهات التابعة لقوات قسد المسيطرة على المنطقة
وفي تعليق على الحادثة، قال وزير الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث رائد الصالح في منشور عبر منصة (X) إن الوزارة تلقت نداءات استغاثة من ذوي الطفل، وتابعت مع الجهات المعنية لتأمين وصول فرق الدفاع المدني السوري إلى موقع الحادث والمشاركة في عمليات الإنقاذ، وأوضح أن الإجراءات البيروقراطية وتأخر التنسيق الميداني أدّيا إلى تأخر وصول الفرق المختصة، مضيفاً بأسف : كان ثمن التأخير حياة طفل بريء، ونأمل أن تكون سلامة الأرواح دائمًا فوق أي اعتبار
وأكد الصالح أن الوزارة كانت على تواصل مباشر مع أسرة الطفل لتقديم الدعم اللازم ومتابعة التطورات، مشيرًا إلى أن الحادثة تُعد مأساة إنسانية مؤلمة تستدعي تضافر الجهود وتسريع آليات الاستجابة في مثل هذه الحالات
أضاف الوزير أن الحادث يسلّط الضوء على نقص الفرق المتخصصة والمعدات المناسبة للتعامل مع الكوارث المفاجئة، خاصة في المناطق الريفية والنائية، داعيًا إلى تعزيز جاهزية فرق الطوارئ وتطوير قدراتها الميدانية بما يضمن التدخل السريع لإنقاذ الأرواح
