أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم وبالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية عن ضبط شبكات غش امتحاني منظمة في ثلاث مراكز امتحانية بمحافظة اللاذقية، كانت تعمل باستخدام تقنيات إلكترونية متطورة بهدف التلاعب بسير الامتحانات
وبحسب بيان رسمي صادر عن الوزارة جرى رصد ومتابعة دقيقة لتحركات مشبوهة داخل بعض المراكز، بالتعاون مع مديرية تربية اللاذقية، ليُكتشف لاحقًا تورط عدد من الأشخاص في تسهيل الغش عبر سماعات أذن دقيقة وأجهزة اتصال لاسلكي وهواتف مزودة بتقنيات إرسال واستقبال عالية الدقة
وأكدت الوزارة أنه تم ضبط المتورطين بالجرم المشهود واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهم، بما في ذلك إحالتهم إلى القضاء المختص وفقًا للقانون رقم 42، الذي ينص على عقوبات جزائية مشددة بحق من يثبت تورطه في عمليات الغش المنظم أو تسهيله
كما تم تنظيم ضبوط غش بحق الطلاب الذين ثبتت مشاركتهم في هذه العمليات، تمهيدًا لتطبيق العقوبات الامتحانية المنصوص عليها في الأنظمة النافذة
وشددت وزارة التربية والتعليم على استمرار جهودها في رصد وكشف أي خروقات تمسّ مبدأ العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص بين الطلاب، مشيرة إلى أن الحفاظ على نزاهة الامتحانات هو ركيزة أساسية لضمان مستقبل تعليمي نزيه وآمن لأبناء الوطن
