قالت صحيفة الغارديان بأنه يقبع 10ملايين أوكراني بوضع مأساوي بلا كهرباء في أوكرانيا، ونقلت عن وزير الداخلية الأوكراني إن المحققين في الأراضي التي استعادوها اكتشفوا 63 جثة عليها آثار تعذيب، بالإضافة لمقابر جماعية بعد مغادرة القوات الروسية.
نشرت صحيفة الغارديان أمس بأنّ روسيا أطلقت موجة أخرى من الضربات الصاروخية والطائرات المسيرة والصواريخ في أنحاء أوكرانيا، بهدف تدمير نظام الطاقة في البلاد ما قطع الكهرباء عن 10ملايين شخص في أوكرانيا، مع تساقط الثلوج في البلاد كما قال الرئيس الأوكراني.
وقال وزير الداخلية الأوكراني بأنّ هناك 63 من الجثث المدنية التي تظهر عليها علامات التعذيب، الأمر الذي نفته روسيا، وقالت وزارة الدفاع البريطانية إن وابل الصواريخ الذي ضرب أوكرانيا ربما كان أكبر عدد من الضربات وفق الصحيفة ذاتها.
وفي سياق متصل بينت اليوم وكالة أسوشيتيد برس أنّ الأمم المتحدة تقول إنها تحاول التحقق من مزاعم ما يقرب من 90 حالة اختفاء قسري، واحتجاز تعسفي في خيرسون.
فيما اعتقل الجنود الروس بابينكو البالغ 27 عاماً وابن أخيه البالغ من العمر 14 عامًا، حيث احتلوا قريته كيسيليفكا في منطقة خيرسون بجنوب أوكرانيا حين كانوا يلتقطون صوراً للدبابات المدمرة، ويرسلونها إلى الجيش الأوكراني.
وتم حبسهما في قبو معصوبي العينين ومقيدي اليدين، وتعرضا للضرب والصعق بالكهرباء بشكل منتظم من قبل الجنود الروس، حتى ظنا أنّهما سيموتان وفق الوكالة ذاتها
