أعلنت الهيئة الوطنية لخدمات تقانة المعلومات عن إطلاق الإصدار الثالث من “دليل الإجراءات الاسترشادية لتطوير مواقع ومنصات الويب الحكومية”، في إطار جهودها الهادفة إلى رفع جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية الحكومية وتوحيد معايير تصميمها وتطويرها بما يتماشى مع أحدث الممارسات العالمية
وأوضحت وزارة الاتصالات والتقانة، عبر منشور على صفحتها الرسمية في “فيس بوك”، أن هذا الإصدار جاء نتيجة عمليات الرصد والفحص الدوري للمواقع الحكومية التي تجريها الهيئة بشكل مستمر، بهدف تقييم الأداء وتحسين التجربة الرقمية للمستخدمين
ويقدّم الدليل الجديد منهجًا موحدًا للجهات الحكومية في بناء وتطوير مواقعها الإلكترونية ومنصاتها الخدمية، مستفيدًا من خبرة كوادر الهيئة وتجربتهم العملية في مجال الخدمات الإلكترونية العامة
كما يتضمن الدليل مجموعة شاملة من الأدلة الاسترشادية التي تغطي مختلف مراحل دورة حياة المواقع والمنصات، وتشمل محاور التصميم والتطوير والإدارة والتشغيل، إضافة إلى المحتوى والمعرفات البصرية وأمن المعلومات وحماية الخصوصية ومعايير الاستضافة
ويأتي هذا الإصدار ضمن خطة التحول الرقمي الحكومية التي تسعى إلى تعزيز حضور المؤسسات العامة على الإنترنت وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنينالهيئة
