أصدرت المحكمة الإقليمية في ميونخ حكمًا بالسجن لمدة سنتين ونصف بحق لاجئ سوري (28 عامًا) في منطقة أونترفرانكن، بعد إدانته بجمع مواد ومعلومات لصناعة قنبلة، في قضية أثارت جدلًا واسعًا في ولاية بافاريا.
وبحسب ما نقلته صحيفة Süddeutsche Zeitung، اعترف المتهم خلال المحاكمة بأنه حمّل تعليمات لصنع متفجرات من الإنترنت، وقام بكشط رؤوس أعواد الثقاب لاستخراج مواد قابلة للاشتعال، إضافة إلى تخزين تسع عبوات من مادة قابلة للاشتعال ومواد أخرى يُمكن استخدامها في تصنيع عبوات ناسفة داخل منزله في بلدة Kolitzheim قرب شفاينفورت.
فيما برر المتهم أفعاله بشكل صادم، إذ أوضح عبر محاميه أنّ دخوله في محادثات عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مع نساء يحملن تعاطفًا مع تنظيم (داعش) دفعه للتطرف تدريجيًا، قائلًا: “الأمر يبدو عبثيًا، لكن هؤلاء النساء كنّ يعجبن بذلك فعلًا”.
من جهتها أوضحت المحكمة أنّها لم ترَ توافر شروط الإدانة الكاملة بتهمة التحضير لهجوم إرهابي وشيك، لكنها أدانته بتهم تتعلق بتمويل الإرهاب والحصول على مواد تُستخدم في أعمال عنف خطيرة تهدد أمن الدولة.
وجاء الحكم مخففًا نسبيًا بسبب اعترافه الواسع ضمن اتفاق إجرائي بين الادعاء والدفاع.
وخلال احتجازه احتياطيًا، أعلن المتهم تحوّله إلى المسيحية، وقدم اعتذارًا للشعب الألماني، مؤكدًا أنه لم تكن لديه “خطة هجوم ملموسة”، لكنه أقرّ بأنه لا يعلم إلى أي مدى كان يمكن أن ينزلق لولا توقيفه.
الجدير بالذكر أنّ الحكم لا يزال غير نهائي، ويحق للدفاع أو للنيابة الطعن أمام المحكمة الاتحادية العليا خلال أسبوع.
